How To Order

New trade customer

  1. If you are a new trade customer, use the login screen or contact page to apply for a new account - complete with unique customer password.

  2. Once your request has been approved and login details sent, you can login and browse the card collections and make your selection.

  3. Please note all cards are sold to trade customers in packs of 6.

  4. These will be added to your basket and will form your draft order.

  5. As a new customer, you will be emailed a pro-forma invoice. 

  6. Once you have paid, your goods will be dispatched.

 

Existing trade customer

  1. Existing customers can login and order goods as normal. Your order will be dispatched along with your invoice. 

  2. Our terms require payment within 30 days of receipt of goods/invoice.

 

Private buyer

  1. For individual customers wishing to purchase cards or gifts individually, the process is even simpler.

  2. Just browse the cards and gifts collections, make your selections and they will be added to your shopping basket.

  3. Once you have made your selections, proceed to checkout and complete the shipping details and preferred payment method.

  4. If everything is in stock, your goods will normally be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of order.
