330 P4 chassis #0860

This car was the third and final P4 built at the factory. Its first major outing was in berlinetta form at the 1967 Le Mans, where it raced with #19 - sister car to #0858 which was race #21.

Like #0858, this car was also converted to spyder bodywork for entry in the BOAC 500 at Brands Hatch, driven to 2nd overall and 2nd in class (P+2.0) by Chris Amon and Jackie Stewart - the car illustrated here.

Again like its stable mate - #0858, the car was converted to a 350 CanAm spyder following the Brands race and shipped to the USA, campaigned throughout the rest of 1967 and 1968, driven by the likes of Chris Amon and Pedro Rodriguez.

Intriguingly, the discarded spyder body was given/sold to David Piper, who used it to build #0900 - an ‘authentic’ or ‘tribute’ replica of a P3/4 Spyder and is now fully restored as #0846 - the Daytona ’67 winner.

This print can be ordered as the car on its own, or with either Amon or Stewart driving and supplied in square or landscape formats in the sizes indicated below.
